What to Wear
What is a TOG?
ergoPouch's range of sacks and pajamas are TOG-rated for warmth. TOG stands for 'Thermal Overall Grade' and is a unit of measurement for insulation and warmth of sleepwear and bedding. Put simply, the lower the TOG rating, the lighter the fabric; the higher the rating, the more padded and insulated it is. You would choose a TOG suitable for the room temperature of your child's sleep environment.

Suitable for room temperatures 57°F–66°F, the 3.5 TOG is our warmest Sack and is perfect for cooler climates and seasons. Add a 1.0 TOG Romper underneath for extra warmth.

Suitable for room temperatures 70°F - 75°F, our 1.0 TOG is a year-round sack that is perfect for day naps and mild nights. Add a 1.0 TOG Romper underneath for extra warmth.

This sound machine worked really well for us. We have just taken it on holiday and the rain sound is gentle and plays all night which is a huge win. The night light is also great with 3 settings too. It is compact and takes up very little room. I would recommend this for travel.
