From womb to world, ergoPouch has everything you need for uncomplicated sleeping, from newborn swaddle sacks to bodysuits. Commonly referred to as the ‘fourth trimester’, your newborn will be sleeping around 16 hours a day in the first few months as their body grows rapidly, their brain develops and they learn a circadian rhythm. All babies are wonderfully different, and our newborn range caters to different sleeping styles, preferences and challenges whilst keeping your precious bundle safe, warm and comfortable.
While your infant baby may be settling into a more predictable sleep routine and perhaps feeding less through the night, you may find their sleep disturbed by rolling, teething, developmental milestones and being more responsive to changing light and noise stimulus during nap time. As you navigate these phases, providing a safe, consistent sleep environment and cozy sleep sacks and sleepwear will go a long way to faster settling and gentle soothing.
Oh the mighty toddler, full of vitality and curiosity. A toddler with newfound leg freedom wants to explore and may resist the confines of a sleep sack, but is still too young to move to a big bed and blankets. Cognitive and motor leaps can contribute to refusal to settle or sleep. At this stage, sleepwear can help your toddler understand positive sleep associations and create healthy bedtime habits.
Your little human is likely to transition to a big bed during their preschool years, and may need help figuring out how to sleep under blankets and use a pillow. Sleepwear for your independent preschooler should encourage a sense of agency and self-sufficiency, whilst also keeping them safe.
This sleep business ain't an easy gig. The first 5 years of your babes life are full of highs, lows and sleepless nights. Our range of sleep tools and accessories are designed to help you navigate particular sleep challenges along the journey, with some added comfort thrown in for moms and dads (you deserve it). You've got this, and we've got you.
ergoPouch make natural fiber, premium, ergonomically designed sleepwear and sleep solutions for babies and kids that are TOG-rated for warmth. Our sleepwear takes the guesswork out of dressing your child safely for sleep, no matter the temperature.
ergoPouch's range of pouches and pajamas are TOG-rated for warmth. TOG stands for 'Thermal Overall Grade' and is a unit of measurement for insulation and warmth of sleepwear and bedding. Put simply, the lower the TOG rating, the lighter the fabric; the higher the rating, the more padded and insulated it is. You would choose a TOG suitable for the room temperature of your child's sleep environment.
Suitable for room temperatures 75°F+, the 0.2 TOG is our lightest pouch designed for warm room temperatures and seasons. Layer lightly underneath, or just a diaper if your room is creeping high on the celsius.
Love this swaddle, my bub fits perfectly into it and sleeps well with it. I've tried other sleep sack brands but none hold up to the quality and feel of ErgoPouch. I've almost got a problem because I just love buying different designs and have yet to find one that I don't like!
Cocoon Swaddle Bag 0.2 TOG Berries
This is my twin girls fourth ergopouch, we absolutely love them and they love getting into them for naps and bedtime. The zips between the legs are perfect now that they’re walking!
Sleep Suit Bag 0.3 TOG Night Sky
My little one did not want to be restricted by sleeping bags anymore. This was the perfect alternative as she was not staying under her blankets. She is cool in this warm weather and not too warm.
