Finishing Daylight Saving Time
We've reached that time of year where the days are shorter, and the sun is setting earlier (Winter is coming!) Unfortunately, with winter, we also lose one hour of sleep (SIGH) and your little one will likely be wide awake earlier in the morning! Boo hoo!
While moving the clock back one hour is something that makes us sleepy for a couple of days, our adult bodies adjust to the change reasonably quick.
It can take toddlers and babies a little longer to get back into the swing of things
For the end of Daylight Saving, if you decide to get ready a few days in advance, you may have more chance of your little ones not waking very early in the morning following the time change.
Assuming you have a 7 pm bedtime

We also have a trick up our sleeves that will help you through the process… our award-winning Blockout Blinds (Good Housekeeping Award) can help trick your bubba to sleep whatever time it is during the day or night, whether the sun is out or not!
