Shipping And Returns


All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Idaho. Shipping charges are $9.95 per order.



Items must be returned to us within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately after 30 days we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost to return your item to us. We will then cover the cost to get your replacement back out to you.

If you are requesting a refund, please note that we will only refund the cost of the goods, and not the original postage charge that you paid.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please email us at info@ergopouch.com.au if you wish to instigate a return and we will email you our Returns Form to complete and send with your product. We cannot except items back without this form.



Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a refund will be applied to your PayPal account within 7 days.


Sale items

Unfortunatley we cannot offer a refund on sale items, but we are happy to exchange items if they are not a suitable size or style.



If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please email us at info@ergopouch.com.au and we will email you our Returns Form to complete and send back with the product. We cannot except items back without this form.
