    Organise toddler pillow and protector

I can’t believe how incredibly small this pillow is, it looks like something you would use with baby dolls! It’s too tiny and a waste of my money

    Hi Meagan

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We're really sorry to hear that the toddler you purchased didn't meet your expectations, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention

The pillows were developed in accordance with infant sleep specialists, with recommendations for the most suitable and safe pillows for toddlers aged 2 years and up. As such, the pillows feature a low profile to support the correct alignment of the neck during sleep. This profile should be no higher than 3cm. You may find that the loft may settle over time as your child sleeps on it, but you can fluff it up again with regular shaking and aerating the filling.

    Makes my son sweaty

Started using this a few days ago, and my 2 year old wakes up in a sweat when he sleeps on it. His pillow is drenched when I pick him up from bed

    Hi Narenda

Thank you for providing your feedback regarding the Organic Pillow Protector.

Night sweats in children can occur for a variety of reasons, and one common factor is being too warm overall during sleep. Young children are not yet able to regulate their body temperature as effectively as adults, which can make them more prone to sweating at night.

In many cases, overheating is influenced by the sleep environment rather than a single item. Room temperature, the type and number of blankets used, and sleepwear can all contribute to how warm a child becomes overnight. While a pillow protector may feel slightly different to the touch, it has very little impact on a child's core body temperature.

You may find it helpful to check that the room is kept at a comfortable cool temperature and that your son is using lightweight bedding and breathable sleepwear. These adjustments often make a noticeable difference.
